The ABB CA5-10 Auxiliary Contact Block is an accessory for compatible ABB A-series contactors. It provides one normally open (1NO) auxiliary contact for control-circuit applications, including contactor status signalling and interlocking. Its front-mounting design allows it to be fitted to ABB A9–A75 contactors, and screw terminals provide the connection point for control wiring.

For AC-15 duty, the listed operational current ratings are 6A at 24–127V, 4A at 220–240V, 3A at 380–440V, and 2A at 500V and 690V. The contact block has a rated insulation voltage of 690V according to IEC 60947-5-1 and 600V according to UL/CSA. ABB lists a maximum electrical switching frequency of 1,200 cycles per hour and a maximum mechanical switching frequency of 3,600 cycles per hour.
