The ABB UA110-30-11-81 Capacitor Duty Contactor is designed for switching three-phase capacitor banks used in industrial power factor correction systems. It has a 24V control coil that operates at both 50Hz and 60Hz, and three main normally open contacts for switching the capacitor circuit.

The contactor includes 1NO + 1NC auxiliary contacts for control and status signalling. Its AC-6b operational power rating is 75 kVAr at 400/415V and 40°C. ABB also lists ratings of 70 kVAr at 400/415V and 55°C, and 65 kVAr at 400/415V and 70°C. Its conventional free-air thermal current is 160A at 40°C.
