The ABB VM205/265 Mechanical Interlock Unit is designed for use with specified ABB AF contactor combinations. It mechanically interlocks an AF190–AF205 contactor with an AF265–AF370 contactor. When one contactor is closed, the interlock prevents the other from closing, helping keep both contactors from operating at the same time in arrangements where only one should be closed.

Identified by ABB part number 1SFN035203R1000, the VM205/265 belongs to ABB’s AF contactor accessory range. It should be selected for the contactor pairing listed by ABB; check both contactor models and the mounting requirements before purchase or installation.

Ahmedabad Electric Corporation supplies ABB switchgear and automation products and can help confirm the product’s availability and compatibility with your contactor combination.
